SHIPPING POLICY
Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an estimated shipping and delivery date.

Please bear in mind that each set is hand designed/ handmade, and this time is factored into the waiting period when orders are placed.

If you have questions about an order you placed, please send us a message via the contact us menu from our website. We will try our best to respond within 48-72 hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items may only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning the product.

Custom sets are NOT RETURNABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE. However, all other sets can be returned as long as they are in their original packaging and have not been used, for a partial refund.
