FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I put in a custom order for a set I found on the internet?
We know and appreciate the time it takes for fellow nail techs and creators alike to come up with new ideas and credit them for such. That being said, we will try to give you a similar look to any style you desire if it comes from another source unless the design is a trending design, in which case we are happy to copy.
  • How long does shipping take?
Typically, shipping will take anywhere from 3-7 days. This will depend on what shipping carrier delivers the product. Please note that shipping time is calculated from the time of shipment and not the time the order is placed. Check your email for more information on what part of the process your order is in.
  • I placed my order, and still have not received it."
Please bear in mind that each set is hand made/painted. Therefore, estimated shipping and delivery times may vary. We will try our best to get the product out to you as soon as possible. However, if you have questions about an order, please visit the contact us menu and send us an email with the order confirmation number, your name and when the order was originally placed. Check your email for updates on where your order is within the process.
  • How do I measure my nail bed?
If you haven't purchased one of our nail kits and would like to measure your nail beds on your own for an order, please follow the directions below. 1) Using transparent tape, place it across the largest part of your nail. 2) Mark the 2 sides of your nail on the tape with a marker or pen. 3) Remove the tape and measure the marked spaces with a ruler. 4) Measure each nail and compare it with the nail sizing guide below.
  • How do I remove my press ons?
The process you select for removal will depend on the adhesive used. I used Adhesive Tabs 1) To remove the press on nails, apply rubbing alcohol around the edges of the fake nail. This should help to loosen the adhesive. 2) Rock the nail side to side, gently, to loosen the grip of the adhesive to the nail 3) Once the nail is removed, use alcohol to help strip away the remainder of the adhesive. I used Nail Glue 1) Soak your nails in a nail polish remover with acetone. 2) Gently rock the nail side to side, to loosen the grip of the glue to the nail. 3) Once the nail is removed, rinse the acetone from your hands using soap and water. Then, apply a moisturizer or Purple Halo cuticle oil to fingers to re-hydrate skin. Disclaimer: Please note that when using nail glue, you may not get the same reuse value from your nails as you would with the adhesive tabs.
